Is a quaint little fishing village with a population of about 1,500 villagers living within a five-mile spread. The village offers breath-taking views of the popular Maya Mountain Range which is home to the Cockscomb Basin and houses the world’s only Jaguar Preserve. The residents of Hopkins are as friendly and hospitable as all others that call this beautiful country “home”. Many make a living as their forefathers did, fishing and selling their catch to locals and tourists alike.
